Cam Gallagher, Director and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Gallagher is a co-founder and has served as chairman of DGx board since the company was founded in September 2008. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nerveda, a privately funded life science organization dedicated to advancing novel therapeutic and diagnostic technologies for neurodegenerative diseases. Prior to Nerveda, he was Vice President, Marketing of Verus Pharmaceuticals, a pediatric oriented company focused on improving the health and wellness of children. While at Verus, he was responsible for planning the commercial launch of Twinject®, a novel epinephrine auto-injector for anaphylaxis and the pre-market activities of their pediatric asthma franchise. From 1992 to 2004 he held a variety of positions within commercial operations with increasing levels of responsibility at Dura Pharmaceuticals and CV Therapeutics. He holds a B.B.A. from Ohio University and an M.B.A. from the University of San Diego.
Antonius P. Schuh, Ph.D.,

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc.
Dr. Schuh currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company he co-founded based on a proprietary platform to generate fully human mAb libraries. Previously, he was the founding CEO of AviaraDx, Inc., a leading molecular diagnostic innovator in oncology. In 2008, Dr. Schuh led the sale of AviaraDx to bioMerieux. Before AviaraDx, he served as CEO of Arcturus Bioscience, Inc., where he led the sale of Arcturus’ life science business to Molecular Devices, Inc., now part of MDS. Prior to Arcturus, Dr. Schuh served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sequenom, Inc. He joined Sequenom as Managing Director of the company’s German operations, Sequenom GmbH, from Helm AG of Hamburg, an international trading and distribution corporation for chemical and pharmaceutical products. At Helm, he headed the Business Development Group of the Pharmaceutical Division, and the associated Technical and Regulatory Affairs department. Prior to Helm, Dr. Schuh was with Fisons Pharmaceuticals (now part of Sanofi Aventis), where he held medical and regulatory affairs positions and served as member of the management teams of Fisons AG, Switzerland, and Fisons Ges.m.b.H, Austria. Dr. Schuh is a certified pharmacist and earned his Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry from the University of Bonn, Germany. He currently serves as a Director of Diogenix, Inc.; Transgenomic, Inc.; and Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc.
Larry Tiffany
President & Chief Executive Officer, DioGenix Inc.
Prior to co-founding Diogenix, Mr. Tiffany was the SVP & General Manager of Genomics for Gene Logic where he managed a $22M business until he orchestrated its sale to Ocimum Biosolutions, Inc. Mr. Tiffany has had a wealth of business development and commercial experience in the molecular diagnostics and life science industries. He has held numerous executive positions leading operations, product development, business development, and marketing & sales. Prior to re-joining Gene Logic to restructure and strategically reorient the Genomics business in 2006, Mr. Tiffany was Chief Business Officer and President of Genetraks, an Australian-based veterinary molecular diagnostics firm. Prior to Genetraks, Mr. Tiffany was instrumental in building Gene Logic’s Genomics business from less than $10 million per year in revenue to well over $50 million per annum. He holds a JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire; a MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland; and a BS in Chemistry from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York.
