DioGenix, Inc. (DGx) is a molecular diagnostics enterprise focused on the rapid development and commercialization of novel, non-invasive diagnostic, prognostic and treatment response monitoring tests. Headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD, DGx was founded to exploit over $250M and hundreds of man-years invested in the development of a unique set of assets and capabilities that are actively being used to develop new clinically and commercially relevant molecular diagnostic tests. DGx' lead program is focused on improving the information available to neurologists when Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is suspected. This program will, for the first time, provide neurologists with a comprehensive set of clinical tests to diagnose early-stage MS, segment MS patients into clinical sub-types and predict response to treatment, all using non-invasive blood tests. Over time, DGx will utilize its unique assets and capabilities to develop additional tests for indications of significant clinical relevance.
